Brian’s work ethic and passion for quality has also has stood out to me. If there was a production problem, Brian could always be counted on to be there for the team, regardless of the hour. Although these events were rare, Brian would be there with a sense of personal responsibility for the system he helped to create. And once the crisis was over, Brian was the first to ask “How we can keep this from ever happening again?” and would push the team to make whatever changes were necessary to avoid that problem in the future.
