Onomojo

Onomojo is a project I built to put developer happiness at the center of software development. Traditional workflows often treat developers as resources to be managed—stories get assigned, epics get completed, but rarely do we consider how the people doing the work actually feel. This can lead to disengagement, burnout, and lower productivity.

I designed Onomojo to change that. The platform captures developer sentiment for each story in the backlog, giving project managers a clear view of how their team feels about the work they’re doing. By factoring this sentiment into task assignment, teams can align work with motivation, improving engagement, satisfaction, and productivity. Onomojo quantifies mood and motivation across both individuals and teams, helping create a healthier, more human-centered software development process.
